Manhattan Beach is one of those places in the world that's perfect for engagement photo sessions. Flowers, cute, stores, the beach, the Manhattan Pier, you got it. And Michelle and Dan are the kind of people I love spending photography time with. Fun, relaxed, don't mind getting hit by a wave or two, and trust us as photographers. We went into the session with a client/photographer professional relationship and came out as friends talking about butts and beers a few hours later.

We spent a little time in town, even photographing them in front of the place they met "Fishing With Dynamite", and having a drink at their favorite seaside tavern. We ended at sunset on the beach with the most jaw-dropping sunset I've seen in California and some champagne! It's pretty hard for me not show the whole session here, but lucky for us we also get a round two! Stayed tuned for their Redondo seaside wedding in August we'll have the honor of capturing!
